Key Responsibilities:
  • Client-Centred Approach: Develop a deep understanding of each client's aspirations, interests, and hobbies to create tailored activity plans.
  • Community Building: Encourage residents to participate in community groups, fostering a sense of belonging and social connections.
  • Activity Coordination: Organise and lead activities that cater to diverse interests, promoting engagement and enjoyment.
  • One-to-One Support: Work closely with residents to access local community groups and activities, addressing any barriers or issues they may face.
  • Transportation Awareness: Assist residents in gaining a good understanding of local transportation options.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing support and guidance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with activity coordinators to motivate residents to engage with activities, promoting a sense of community and social inclusion.
