Position Overview

This role entails a high volume of diverse and fast-paced tasks, with support provided by the Regional HRBP.

You will maintain regular communication with Managers at various levels, focusing on establishing strong and credible relationships with key internal stakeholders. A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset is essential, along with a balanced, ethical, and impartial approach. Comfort with challenging discussions is necessary. You will ensure that all HR activities are executed consistently, reflecting best practices while effectively managing HR-related risks to foster positive employee relations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date regional case log
  • Coordinate meetings, book venues, and assist with note-taking as needed
  • Provide weekly regional case log reports to the Regional Operations Director, Group Head of HR, and the HRBP
  • Administer ER-related documentation, including letters, invites, outcomes, and disciplinary/investigation packs, while organizing and maintaining employee personnel files
  • Support the HRBP on a daily basis
  • Occasionally attend HR and Operational meetings as appropriate
  • Offer ad-hoc assistance to Investigation Managers and the Regional HRBP
  • Promote equality and diversity as integral to the organizational culture
  • Be prepared to undertake any other relevant duties as assigned by the Group Head of HR, including providing cover for colleagues
