As a vital member of our team, the Customer Service Administrator will deliver outstanding service and assistance to our national Fire Extinguisher clientele, both directly and through third-party facilities management partners. This role involves close collaboration with Regional Account Managers to effectively support multi-site regional accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for Fire Extinguisher customers through phone and email communication.
- Facilitate the establishment of new customer contracts.
- Coordinate with PFX Engineers to schedule service appointments.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
- Generate and present KPI reports for clients utilizing Excel.
Qualifications: What We Seek
To excel in this position, candidates should have a background in administration and a strong commitment to customer support.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to establish rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Problem-Solving Orientation: A proactive approach to understanding and resolving potential challenges.
- Effective Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supported by a comprehensive initial training program.
- Proficient IT Skills: Familiarity with various systems, including in-house portals and Microsoft applications, with Excel experience being advantageous.
- Organizational Skills: Experience in planning or scheduling is a plus but not mandatory.
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum
