About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sub Agent to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Sub Agent, you will play a crucial role in the success of our rail projects in the North East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sub-contractors and engineers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Procure and order materials as required
  • Conduct quality control and health and safety inspections
  • Develop and implement weekly rolling programmes
  • Provide support to site engineers and management
  • Report on project progress
Requirements
  • Experience in major civil/rail projects
  • Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
  • CSCS certification
  • CITB TWC certification (desirable)
  • PTS certification (essential)
