As a vital member of our dynamic retail team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all administrative functions within the store are executed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
To excel in the role of Store Administration Associate, you will:
Carry out daily administrative duties, including inventory and cash management Maintain efficient administrative processes to achieve excellent audit outcomes Assist in various areas of the store as required, including customer service and stock handling Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, whether from the back office or on the sales floor Proactively communicate any administrative challenges or discrepancies to the Store Team Take initiative in your personal development and skill enhancementWe offer a range of exceptional benefits (details available upon request)
Candidate Profile:
Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical, with a strong focus on accuracy Demonstrate pride in your work and approach tasks with enthusiasm and energy Maintain a friendly, composed, and efficient demeanor, even during peak times Collaborate effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated Show flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond Proficient in using a computer for various tasksIn line with Home Office guidelines, successful candidates will need to verify their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position typically does not qualify for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to specific Home Office skill level requirements. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own right to work options independently.
