Senior Internal Communications Manager

The Senior Internal Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in driving corporate internal communications globally, ensuring that employees are well-informed about the company's strategy and narrative. This includes communicating key messages on technology vision, financial results, and strategic business updates, as well as implementing effective use of corporate comms channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement corporate internal communications strategies on behalf of Nokia's most senior leaders.
  • Create impactful and innovative internal comms campaigns to drive engagement on corporate initiatives, including Brand and Sustainability.
  • Deliver quarterly financial results internal communications and strategic business updates.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver timely and effective crisis communications, ensuring business continuity.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard for governance, implementation of processes, and use of comms channels across Nokia's virtual internal comms community.
Requirements:
  • Excellent internal communications skills and experience, demonstrating knowledge of industry best practice.
  • 5-10 years' experience of business transformation and change communications in global matrixed organizations.
  • Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and dependencies.
  • Fluent written and oral skills in English.
