We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team at Carriera Limited. As a key member of our commercial building consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering projects that exceed £10 million in value.

About the Role

As a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be working closely with our clients to provide building surveying and project management services. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects, working with a range of stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial and residential developments
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations
  • Lead a team of building surveyors and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our commercial building consultancy
