Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant to join our team at Randstad. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in fostering a love for learning and promoting the development of children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing high-quality care to children
  • Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage framework to ensure a well-rounded education
  • Develop and maintain a stimulating learning environment that promotes outdoor exploration and creativity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive team approach to childcare
  • Contribute to the professional growth and development of staff through training and development opportunities
Requirements
  • CACHE L2/L3 qualification in Early Years Education
  • Experience in childcare, preferably in an EYFS setting
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and patience when working with children
