Position Overview

We are excited to present a unique opportunity within our Building Safety Team for a Building Safety Risk Manager .

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all high-risk properties managed by Southern Housing are upheld to the utmost standards of building and fire safety. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing compliance with all relevant policies and statutory regulations.
  • Implementing best practices in building safety management.
