  • Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Power BI Lead to enhance our data-driven decision-making processes. This position is part of the Group Data team, where the successful candidate will primarily utilize Power BI, along with supporting tools such as SSMS and Databricks.   • Key Responsibilities
    • Create and deliver impactful reports and visualizations for senior management, offering insights that support strategic business objectives.
    • Oversee the design and upkeep of data models to ensure the provision of effective datasets to the organization.
    • Analyze current data practices within the business and develop solutions tailored to their needs.
    • Act as a technical authority and specialist on data tools and methodologies, continuously striving to enhance team capabilities and operational efficiency.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to establish clear requirements for data analysis and reporting, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Manage the Power BI tenant, conducting regular audits to maintain optimal performance.
  • Qualifications
    • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data modeling, and business intelligence.
    • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL Server, SSMS, and contemporary cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
    • Strong ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Capacity to collaborate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
