We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Engineer to join our team at oilandgas, a leading facilities management contractor providing comprehensive building maintenance services to clients across the UK.

Role Overview:

  • This role is focused on AC maintenance, with a bias towards planned and reactive work, including fault finding, breakdowns, and other light tasks.
  • You will be responsible for traveling to dedicated sites as our client's first point of contact for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance.
  • Tasks may include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
  • HVAC and Air Conditioning maintenance PPM and reactive works will also be a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repair work with minimal supervision.
  • Carry out a range of tasks, including PPM and reactive maintenance works, with a focus on HVAC and Air Conditioning systems.
  • Work autonomously, with a high level of independence and responsibility for delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • HVAC qualification - Level 2 and F Gas certification.
  • Experience in carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance works, with a strong understanding of mechanical/HVAC maintenance and general FM trades.
  • Good general knowledge of building services and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel throughout the region.
