Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests on arrival and make them feel at home
  • Serve guests at the bar and the restaurant in a professional yet approachable manner
  • Attend provided trainings and maintain good knowledge of our cocktail, backbar & food menus to have the knowledge and confidence to give our guests the best hospitality possible
  • Daily bar maintenance - following opening and closing procedures that comply with company as well as health & safety standards
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of beverages and prebatches, prepping more as required
  • Support restaurant service whenever needed and possible
  • Work closely with the kitchen and our front of house team
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with our regulars, locals, businesses, and suppliers

Requirements

  • 1 year of bartending experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of high-end hospitality experience
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Ability to commute to and from our restaurant daily (latest finish 1AM)
