Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team in Bugle, St Austell. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their physical and mental well-being
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support clients in developing and maintaining their skills and interests, including hobbies and leisure activities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
