Position Overview

As a Class 2 Waste Collection Operator, you will be an integral part of our operations, working Monday to Friday with a structured schedule. Your commitment will be rewarded with an enhanced pay rate for hours exceeding 40 per week, along with the potential to earn a monthly performance bonus of £200.

Fleet and Team

We take pride in our modern fleet, consisting of vehicles that are all under five years old, including our latest additions. You will join a dedicated team of over 100 driving professionals who share a commitment to environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary role will involve transporting materials from our clients to our processing facilities. Here, we focus on processing and converting materials, including metals and waste, into reusable resources.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid LGV Cat C License (Class 2)
  • Experience with tachograph and digital smart card operations
Working Hours

Expect to work up to 55 hours per week, with overtime paid at an enhanced rate for hours beyond 40.
