Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Jimmy Choo. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing a detailed knowledge of our products, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by developing a detailed knowledge of our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand values and luxury lifestyle.
  • Build and maintain a client database, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
