About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing the full product life cycle of our key Software and Data Products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data and ML product delivery, with experience working closely with Developers, Designers, Testers, and various stakeholders. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a new generation of Data products and Machine Learning functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile Product teams (made up of Developers, Designers, and Test Engineers)
  • Commercial awareness, striving to constantly improve the products' performance and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and delivery
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar
  • Strong background in Data/SaaS/Software delivery
  • An understanding of Agile environments (SCRUM)
