About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our CAMHS Intensive Home Treatment Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people and their families in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage mental health risks and difficulties in a collaborative way
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in partnership with young people and their families
  • Work as an autonomous practitioner, managing your own workload within the requirements of the post
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of our service, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients
Requirements
  • Registered professional with a degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, social work, occupational therapy)
  • Post-basic training in child and adolescent mental health
  • Two years' post-qualifying experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a lone worker in community settings
