Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Group FP&A Analyst to join our team at Partner Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Operating Companies to consolidate financial performance and provide insights to drive commercial decision-making
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations and Strategy teams to ensure synergy and identify opportunities
  • Lead the enhancement of FP&A consolidation processes and reporting methods
  • Gather and consolidate monthly financial planning and analysis results
  • Provide insightful reports and key analysis to the Board and Management Committee

Requirements:

  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in Group FP&A is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to promote good team working
  • Inquisitive mind-set with a focus on process improvement
