We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Expert to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our Corporate Tax team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality tax advice to our clients.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for actively participating in cultural initiatives to help build a vibrant, inclusive workplace. Your solid experience in corporate tax matters, ideally gained within a leading law firm, will enable you to provide expert advice on tax and structuring advice on inbound investments, financing transactions, fund investments, real estate deals, corporate M&A, restructurings, and shareholder/investor taxation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality tax advice to clients across a diverse range of sectors.
  2. Participate in cultural initiatives to build a vibrant, inclusive workplace.
  3. Provide expert advice on tax and structuring matters.
Requirements:
