About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer to join our team. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership, lease extensions and enfranchisements, and first registrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership, lease extensions and enfranchisements, and first registrations.
  • Conduct thorough searches and investigations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review contracts, deeds, and other documents related to residential property transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of work independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
