About the Role

Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Consultant to join their team. As a Junior Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and well-structured documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, using analytical and problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in any subject (2:1 minimum) is desirable but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic office tooling such as MS Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
