We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at Red Scope Recruitment Ltd. in Reading. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for implementing new features, including AI, for our AppExchange-listed packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient code using Salesforce platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Develop architecture artifacts to explain strategic changes to key stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development (APEX & React)
  • 5+ years of general software development experience within a team
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Familiarity with architecture patterns and APIs (REST, SOAP)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, source control, and software development teams
  • The right to work full-time in the UK
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with SQL (ideally SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of Microservice Architecture and modeling techniques like Event Storming
  • Familiarity with C# or Python
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS
