Job Title: Small Tools Maintenance Technician

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000

Overall Purpose: As a Small Tools Maintenance Technician, your primary role will be to carry out inspections, repairs, and maintenance on small tools machinery used on the site. Your work will ensure that all equipment is in top condition, safe, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance & Repairs: Perform regular maintenance, service, and repairs on small tools machinery to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  2. Safety Compliance: Ensure all machinery is left in clean, safe working order and comply with site safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  3. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work carried out, using the appropriate computer or paper-based systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Site Management: Keep clients' workshops and working areas clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are safely stored and easily accessible.
  5. On-Call Support: Be available for on-call duties to assist with maintenance work as necessary, providing prompt and effective support to ensure minimal downtime.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Training: Small tools plant trained to ensure proficiency in operating and maintaining small tools machinery.
  2. Certification: Valid CSCS Card to demonstrate compliance with site safety regulations.
  3. Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of small tools machinery, including its operation, maintenance, and repair.
