About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Executive to play a vital role in supporting our internal sales function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations within our sales function, including the efficient handling of daily order loading and quote activity. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills will be essential in driving our sales operations to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in meeting team and company targets by prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Provide efficient and professional resolutions to customer queries, escalating any issues to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with the Internal Sales team and other stakeholders, promoting a collaborative culture within the organization.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  • Support the sales team in meeting team and company targets by prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
