About the Role

Hays Construction & Property is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. As a key member of the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing from first principles
  • Producing tenders for submission
  • Compiling take-offs
  • Supporting with new enquiries and opportunities
  • Completing accurate bid documentation
  • Liaising with all project stakeholders, including Design Teams and Architects, Local Authorities, Planners and associated Subcontractors
  • Working closely with the relevant construction project teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid construction background and experience working within New Build Mid/High Rise Developments. You will also need to be an experienced and accomplished Estimator, able to bring your wealth of experience and expertise to support the growth of the business.
