Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the commercial strategy for the new Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities at the University of Oxford. This exciting role will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive commercial plan, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the Centre's commercial operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record in commercial strategy development, and the ability to increase profitability and drive sustained growth. They will be responsible for managing the full range of commercial activities, including conferencing, hospitality, commercial hires, food and beverage, merchandising, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the commercial landscape, excellent business acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. They will be a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and a collaborative leader who can inspire and motivate a team.
