Position: Care Assistant

Location: Titchfield, Fareham

Hourly Rate: £11.66

Typical Shifts: 7am - 2.30pm, 2.30pm - 9.30pm, or long days 7am - 9.30pm

We are seeking compassionate and hands-on Care Assistants who are passionate about improving the quality of life for those we support. In this role, you will assist individuals in gaining greater independence in their daily activities while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Our residential service in Titchfield offers a warm and inviting atmosphere where no two days are alike. You will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of those we support by:

  • Assisting with personal care

We are looking for Care Assistants who possess the right experience and values. Ideal candidates should hold a full UK driving license, demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and composure, and have experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans.
