About the Position

As a Culinary Team Leader at Butlin's, you will experience a unique opportunity to blend your passion for gastronomy with the joy of creating memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will collaborate with a skilled group of culinary professionals to execute our diverse food offerings, ranging from traditional pub fare to American cuisine and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Culinary Team Leader, you will:

  • Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes in accordance with established recipe guidelines and brand standards.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of junior chefs, fostering an environment of excellence and teamwork.
  • Work closely with Sous Chefs or Head Chefs, depending on the venue, to maintain high-quality food service.
