We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at Alexandra Barracks, ATC Woking. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving customers on the tills and handling cash transactions
  • Receiving and stocking deliveries, as well as maintaining stock levels
  • Assisting with stock checks and reporting any discrepancies
  • Cleaning and tidying the store, including the front and back of house areas
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries

Requirements

  • No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
  • A DBS check will be required for this role
