Tax Manager

Pro-Tax is seeking a skilled and ambitious Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. This role involves providing comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services to our diverse clientele. As a key member of the team, you will assist Managers and Senior Managers in delivering exceptional client work and advisory projects.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the delivery of advisory and compliance services to ensure seamless tax management for our clients.
- Undertake ad-hoc consultancy work and assist with special assignments, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to junior staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and departmental KPIs, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Relevant tax experience within a practice environment, with a strong understanding of tax advisory and compliance principles.
- Strong technical capabilities in tax advisory and compliance, with the ability to analyze complex tax scenarios and provide innovative solutions.
- Experience in staff management and mentoring, with a proven track record of developing and retaining top talent.
