IT Architecture Director

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of IT Architecture to lead our technology transformation programme, making business easier. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be instrumental in shaping our IT strategy and ensuring that our technology systems support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of our IT architecture, ensuring it aligns with our business strategy and supports our digital transformation programme.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and ensure that our IT investments are designed and implemented using appropriate techniques and technologies.
- Define our future state for both applications and infrastructure, and own the capability maps and roadmaps to achieve this.
- Ensure our technology investments are secure, resilient, and recoverable, and that our designs are compliant with our IT Security policies.
- Provide solution assurance to our IT Delivery function, ensuring designs and architectural principles are followed as we introduce IT services into live operations.
- Build and lead an effective and engaged team that operates with high performance, focusing on aligned goals and development plans to drive skills, progression, succession plans, and retention levels.
