Jark PLC is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to oversee a small team of commercial cleaners in the Milton Keynes area.
This role requires a strong focus on Health and Safety, ensuring that all team members adhere to the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of cleaners, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent results.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive team success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with commercial kitchens.
- Full UK License is essential for transporting the team and accessing company vehicles.
- Flexibility with working hours is a must, as this role may involve non-traditional schedules.
- Knowledge of COSHH and relevant health and safety protocols.
- IPAF and PASMA qualifications are highly desirable.
- TR19 Training is a must.
- A clean DBS record is essential for working with schools.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £31,500.
