About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated Therapy Support Worker to join our dynamic Inpatient Therapy Service at the William Harvey Hospital. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a vital role in supporting the recovery and rehabilitation of patients.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide essential assistance to Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in delivering high-quality therapy sessions.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for patients undergoing rehabilitation.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by both therapy disciplines and other MDT members.
- Contribute to service development initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing best practices within the therapy team.
