Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team at WTW. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing an allocation of low value claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Management: Manage an allocation of low value claims, ensuring compliance with WTW financial processes and reserving procedures.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understand the Insurance Industry and claims handling processes, including audit procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with the team to monitor Key Client Outcomes and take appropriate action to deliver pre-defined service standards.
  • Client Service: Provide excellent client service, responding to day-to-day client queries competently and in line with WTW values.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the Continuous Improvement Forum, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as required.
Requirements
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Insurance Industry and claims handling processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex claims and develop effective solutions.
  • Compliance: Strong understanding of compliance requirements, including audit procedures and reserving processes.
