Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front of House Assistant to join our team at CH&CO. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to the highest standard, adhering to our company's quality and presentation guidelines.
  • Assist with food preparation in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards.
  • Set up service counters and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the service areas, adhering to our company's health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain food availability during service periods and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Provide information to customers about our menu and make recommendations, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.
Customer Service

We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and as a Front of House Assistant, you will be the face of our company. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional and friendly image, attending to customer needs in a polite and helpful manner, and providing assistance where necessary.

Health and Safety

We take the health and safety of our customers and employees very seriously. As a Front of House Assistant, you will be responsible for understanding and complying with our company's health, hygiene, and safety standards, including COSHH and HACCP.

Occasional Responsibilities
  • Attend training courses and meetings as necessary to ensure you are up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with monthly stock takes and help in different units as required.
