Position Overview:

As an Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to execute maintenance and repair tasks related to electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems within our facilities. You will adhere to a daily maintenance schedule to ensure that our operational sites, storage units, and pumping stations function effectively and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both planned and reactive maintenance work, utilizing the training and tools provided to excel in your role.
  • Engage in local infrastructure projects and enhancements, collaborating closely with various stakeholders within the organization.
  • Utilize a company vehicle for travel between sites as per your maintenance schedule, requiring a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in safely operating heavy machinery on-site.
  • Completion of a full electrical apprenticeship or possession of a relevant HNC qualification or equivalent, such as City & Guilds Level 3. Candidates with overseas qualifications must provide proof of UK equivalency.
  • Experience with industrial electrical systems in a process-oriented environment.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license.

  • Base salary of £37,289 plus a Flex Allowance of £4,537 (salary dependent on experience) and additional standby payment of £6,345 (separate from base salary).
