Job Summary
300 North Limited is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's facilities management operations are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on compliance with statutory and contractual requirements
- Coordinate feedback from stakeholders and ensure that all participants are aware of compliance issues
- Conduct site-based compliance monitoring reviews to ensure that both statutory and contractual compliance are met
- Provide regular exception reports to management
- Maintain accurate records of evidence received and observed
- Escalate and report non-compliance issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing compliance on a facilities management contract
- Previous experience in statutory and regulatory compliance
- Experience working in a PFI environment is beneficial
- Ability to analyze complex information and report it in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders while promoting the best interests of the organization
