Becky Adlington Swim Stars - Swimming Teacher Position
Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire
Working Hours: Flexible hours available including evenings and weekends
Compensation: Up to £17.00 per hour

We are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to take on the role of Swimming Teacher within our esteemed organization, We Are Swim.
Your main responsibility will be to conduct engaging swimming lessons for children aged 3-11 years, fostering a love for swimming through enjoyable and innovative teaching methods. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the experience for both swimmers and their parents, making a significant impact on their lives by providing them with the essential skill of swimming.
In this role, you will not only deliver enjoyable lessons but also utilize technology to monitor the progress of swimmers. Collaboration with your team will be essential to ensure a premium experience for all participants. This includes engaging with customers, participating in training sessions, and sharing best practices with colleagues.
This position offers flexible hours during weekday evenings and weekends, with a self-employed contract that guarantees hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement swimming lessons in accordance with established lesson plans
- Incorporate reward schemes into classes to motivate students
- Ensure the safe use of all equipment and maintain safety standards during sessions
- Conduct dynamic risk assessments to uphold safety protocols
- Assess swimmers' abilities and encourage them to achieve their maximum potential
- Provide clear explanations and demonstrate modern swimming techniques
- Assist in developing swimmers' skills and identify areas for improvement
- Create a supportive and enjoyable environment to motivate and inspire students
- Evaluate lessons and provide constructive feedback
- Regularly assess each swimmer's progress and manage certificate awards through our online system
