Room Leader Opportunity at Bright Horizons Hendon Day Nursery and Preschool

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our 2-3 years room at Bright Horizons Hendon Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to provide high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities and environments that promote children's development and well-being
  • Build strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, healthy, and stimulating for children
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
