You should possess a strong sense of motivation, be self-reliant, and enjoy taking initiative.In addition to a competitive base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on all new business generated.
This position is available on a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate within the New Business team to maximize sales and expand our Commercial portfolio.
- Generate and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring adequate insurance coverage.
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective Commercial Clients.
- Conduct client visits while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Achieve and surpass performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
Candidate Profile:
As a Junior Commercial Account Manager, you will be an effective communicator with a natural talent for sales.
You should also possess:
- Strong customer service and communication skills, along with resilience.
- An excellent telephone demeanor that facilitates effective conversations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- A genuine passion for learning and advancing within the insurance and sales sectors.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry with aspirations to grow as a Commercial New Business Executive.
