Quantity Surveyor - Highways

Carrington West is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Highways Division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the commercial operations of our highways civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for highways civil engineering projects.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes.
  • Provide commercial support to project teams, including contract administration and cost reporting.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address commercial issues and ensure contractual compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Years of experience in highways civil engineering quantity surveying/estimation.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
