Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at Heat Recruitment. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planning team in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Business Objectives: Meet and exceed business targets and deadlines, while adapting to changing pressures and timescales.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain high standards of client relationship management, delivering service to internal and external customers in a reliable, attentive, and available manner.
- System Maintenance: Update and maintain the client back-office system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Data Management: Input data on the customer back-office system and manage client records in an orderly fashion, using relevant systems to meet compliance standards.
- New Business Management: Process and manage new business and servicing through to completion, chasing progress of applications and alerting Financial Planners to any issues arising.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a Financial Planning office.
- Business Acumen: Process and manage (standard and more complex) new business through to completion, chasing progress of applications and alerting Financial Planners to any issues arising.
- Service Delivery: Process any servicing changes to clients' arrangements and investments.
- Reporting: Prepare client portfolio valuations and review documents.
- Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, good organization, and time management skills.
