We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in East Lothian, providing physical and emotional support to vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote independence and encourage service users to achieve their own personal outcomes.
  • Accompany and participate in meaningful activities, such as community involvement and relationship building exercises.
  • Help service users access leisure and social opportunities.
  • Update care plans accordingly.
