About the Role

At TWX, we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Center Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Response
    • Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
    • Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize the impact of security incidents.
  • Security Monitoring
    • Monitor security event logs and alerts to identify potential security threats.
    • Analyze security data to identify trends and patterns.
    • Develop and implement security monitoring plans to detect and prevent security threats.
  • Security Administration
    • Oversee the operation and maintenance of security tools and systems.
    • Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity operations center or similar role.
  • 1+ year of experience with malware tools and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CISM, GIAC, GCFE, GISP, GSEC, or CEH certification.
  • Experience with security monitoring tools and vulnerability management.
  • Knowledge of commonly accepted information security principles and practices.
