**Job Title:** Mechanical Site Manager - Project Lead

**Job Summary:** Meridian Business Support is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Site Manager to lead our team on a school project in Leeds. As a Mechanical Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams of Pipefitters and Plumbers, overseeing the installation of heating and ventilation systems, hot and cold-water systems, radiators, sanitary, and drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the work of Pipefitters and Plumbers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Liaise with management teams on-site and in-office to maintain high levels of output and productivity.
  • Conduct Health and Safety, RAMS, and Toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • CSCS and SMSTS certifications.
  • Proven experience in mechanical installation and project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
