  • Support the preparation of materials for Board presentations and external investment discussions, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals.
What We're Looking For
  • Professional experiences in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a comparable field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in solving complex business problems in multi-vertical environments with diverse technology stacks.
  • Proven ability to scope, plan, and manage large-scale projects, identifying and addressing risks and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Strong analytical and data skills, with the ability to source, model, and interpret data to support business decisions and drive actionable recommendations.
  • Experience synthesising complex information into clear, actionable insights and effectively communicating these to senior leadership.
  • Ability to view and analyse business processes from a systems perspective, ensuring that solutions align with our organisation's broader strategy.
  • Proven success in leading business transformation efforts, including defining benefits, prioritising initiatives, and managing change.
  • Skilled at building cross-functional relationships and understanding the nuances of various business processes to support solution implementation.
  • Comfortable working closely with senior executives and the Board, with the ability to lead discussions and influence decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with a high tolerance for managing ambiguity and leading through significant change.
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills, particularly in navigating executive approvals and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • A desire to foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, creativity, and data-driven decision-making within our organisation.
What's Next

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader who is passionate about driving organisational growth and transformation. You will be at the center of our company's most critical initiatives, helping shape the future of our organisation.
