Position Overview:
We are currently seeking two Quality Assurance Engineers to join our team on a contractual basis.

Contract Duration:
12 months initially, with potential for extension. Competitive hourly rate offered.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Executing tasks aligned with Quality Assurance principles to minimize the Cost of Non-Quality through the generation of business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and trend analysis.
  • Collaborating with the Quality Line side team, functional teams, and cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and report on Quality Enhancement opportunities that align with overall business objectives.
  • Leading Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) to ensure clear ownership of topics, improvement opportunities, and resolution of actions through effective networking and teamwork.
  • Addressing issues that impact Quality performance by analyzing KPI trends to mitigate potential business impacts.
  • Facilitating and leading the implementation, application, and coaching of Quality methodologies, processes, and techniques within manufacturing areas to meet business requirements.
  • Conducting and leading investigations into complex technical issues, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken with the use of relevant methodologies and team inputs.
  • Creating and maintaining End-to-End Quality Gate templates to ensure continuity of Quality standards across projects.
  • Enhancing personal knowledge, skills, and competencies to ensure effective support in Quality Assurance Engineering.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A solid understanding of aircraft manufacturing processes and prior experience in process enhancement.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word, with an advantage for those who can create coding or macros.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, with the ability to analyze and export reports.
  • Recognized training in problem-solving techniques and methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in English and mathematics.
  • Familiarity with Quality Gate processes and events in the aerospace industry is a plus.
