Role Overview

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Reiss Bath Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support our 'fulfil from store' delivery service, and contribute to the success of our Christmas and Sales periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in-store, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to achieve sales goals and resolve any issues.
  • Pick stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
  • Pack stock carefully to send out to our customers, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting our products and values to customers and colleagues alike.
Requirements
  • Passion for the Reiss product and a keen interest in style.
  • A customer-first approach to work, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
