Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Blom and Blom, a reputable and established childcare provider.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a nursery setting, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and Ofsted Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
