Key Duties:

  • Direct and oversee all logistics functions associated with the design and construction initiative, ensuring efficient operations from start to finish.
  • Plan, execute, and assess logistics strategies to guarantee timely and cost-efficient procurement of materials, tools, and services.
  • Work in close collaboration with the project management team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the effective integration of logistics within the overall project framework.
  • Ensure adherence to all pertinent safety, quality, and environmental regulations, especially those relevant to pharmaceutical or controlled environments.
  • Develop and manage timelines for material deliveries and equipment transfers to prevent any interruptions to the project schedule.
  • Track and report on the status of logistics operations, proactively identifying and addressing any potential risks or challenges.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on logistics progress and promptly resolving any issues.
  • Coordinate with site management to ensure that all logistics operations comply with the project's health and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:
